Reporting to the Manager, HR Analytics & Reporting, this position provides a vital support role within the Total Rewards and Compensation team, as well as the Human Resources team overall. The HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing the business with meaningful human resource metrics, reporting, and uses data analysis to provide insights into key strategic issues related to workforce planning and management.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepares complete and comprehensive monthly reporting package aligned with the corporate calendar for Executive review meetings.

  • Provides accurate and timely run rate and headcount reporting analysis.

  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the workforce budget to effectively report on variances and strategic workforce planning.

  • Coordinates with HR Business Partners to develop and deliver timely and accurate HR dashboards and reports that are aligned with business requirements.

  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools to analyze and report on key metrics and trends in all areas of human resources.

  • Conducts data gathering and needs assessment on an ongoing basis to provide quantitative analysis that produces actionable insights for the business.

  • Provides reports and analyses in response to ad hoc requests and communicates findings to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Understands the Company’s strategic and operating plans as they relate to management of the workforce.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of metrics and reporting to measure HR program effectiveness.

  • Partners with HRIS to create and maintain data to support HR analytics needs and to ensure integrity and consistency of reporting.



  • 5+ years of experience with developing and using advanced analytics and reporting In Human Resources

  • Strong aptitude with MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel and Power BI

  • JDE and Hyperion experience is considered an asset

  • Current working knowledge of HR technology and use of metrics in HR

  • Strong experience developing and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards

  • Ability to develop and frame analytical findings in a clear and meaningful way

  • Strong attention to detail with good organization skills

  • Strong listening and communications skills (both verbal and written)

  • Ability to prioritize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience with maintaining confidential information of all records and transactions
