On our continuous journey, we seek a full time HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support our creative staff as we continue to experience steady growth. You will be part of the Support Team in Copenhagen and will report to the HR Manager based in our CPH office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

HR Business Partner, CPH & London, in close coorporation with the HR Manager

  • Develop and run yearly performance review cycle
  • Further develop our retention and reward structure
  • Ensure career tracks are well defined and implemented
  • Drive initiatives ensuring employee well-being
  • Develop and run relevant development initiatives and training
  • Support in implementation of new systems and processes
  • Be part of developing onboarding programs​
  • Assist management in defining the initiatives which will enable BIG to remain a relevant and desired workplace for the World’s best architects



  • Identify recruitment needs
  • Define job content and write job adds
  • Ensure job advertisement on the right platforms
  • Manage the hiring process end to end and support hiring managers as needed
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates
  • Develop and refine our recruitment framework to make sure we attract and hire the best candidates
  • Build and manage current and future international talent pipeline
  • Ensure that all applicants experience a highly professional yet personal hiring process


We seek a person who:

  • Has +5 years of relevant experience from a similar position
  • High level of knowledge within employment law and preferable experience with collective agreements
  • Speak and write English fluently, Danish language skills is a plus
  • Has excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Is organized, structured and both big-picture-savvy and detail-oriented
  • Is capable of multi-tasking projects that often vary in scale and scope
  • Has a strong customer service based approach to recruitment and relationship building
  • Is proactive and complete tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Enjoys a busy and creative environment with many personalities
  • Is comfortable with fast-paced decisions and rapidly changing environments
  • Feels that no administrative task is too little or too great


The position is a combination of very hands on and constant development of current processes as BIG grows.As there is very little hieratical structure and middle-management it requires that we are also creative in the way we think and implement HR.
