Office Administrator/ Counter Salesperson

The candidate should have post secondary education in office technology or equivalent experience. You must be able to multi-task, have great organization and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must be flexible in their duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service, answering phones
  • Cash Reports
  • Entering and expediting sales orders and purchase orders
  • Processing freight claims
  • Processing defective returns
  • Receiving inventory and payments
  • Time and vacation tracking
  • Maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Sales Counter coverage as required
