The candidate should have post-secondary education in office technology or equivalent experience. You must be able to multi-task, have great organization and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must be flexible in their duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service, answering phones
  • Cash Reports
  • Processing freight claims
  • Receiving customer payments
  • Time and vacation tracking (Backup only)
  • Maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Scanning (Internal Electronic filing system, Doc-man)
