Are you a Hyperion Financial Management or Planning consultant or administrator? Or do you specialize in Tier 1 Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) but not necessarily with Oracle products? If yes, come join our team of passionate and dynamic IT and finance/accounting professionals. We are looking for a Hyperion consultant / administrator, preferably specializing in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management or Oracle Hyperion Planning.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Propose business processes;
  • Share best practices in technology and business processes with the team;
  • Participate in the training and professional development of more junior resources;
  • Coach and support our Finance clients through their financial reporting and budget planning processes;
  • Support users and ensure the applications work properly;
  • Develop and configure HFM applications and components;
  • Advise clients on best practices in business and technology;
  • Upgrade applications in accordance with client requests;
  • Make changes to data structures as needed;
  • Perform application testing;
  • Define and develop business rules;
  • Ensure the calculation rules in Hyperion work properly and optimize them as needed;
  • Seek and propose ways to optimize and improve application processes in order to boost performance;
  • Participate in upgrade and implementation projects;
  • Adhere to established operational processes and propose improvements to them;
  • Update documentation in the event of process changes or during projects;
  • Maintain the list of Hyperion (HFM and HP) users and grant access according to established rules;
  • Develop and update reports, forms, and as needed in HFM and HP;
  • Perform other related tasks.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, BBA in IT/Business Informatics, or IT background with experience in finance and accounting;
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent understanding of the concepts of financial consolidation and/or budget and strategic planning;
  • Expertise in the Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access);
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and/or Hyperion Planning products or their Cloud versions; or previous experience with a Tier 1 Enterprise Performance Management platform;
  • Asset: Proficiency in the following: Essbase and/or VBA or Python
