Our Saint John location is currently seeking a(n): Inventory Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain critical spares and inventory databases
  • Create new inventory items in the inventory database
  • Communicate with multiple team members on critical spare tracking
  • Accurately update and maintain records and databases including inventory reporting and personnel time and vacation tracking
  • Effectively manage phone calls and correspondence related to inventory

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience in an office or administration position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • High attention to detail/accuracy
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • The ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
