As part of the Benevity Product Design team, the Product Writer is responsible for helping our global audience of donors, volunteers, causes and companies use and understand our suite of software products to make a difference in the world. A meticulous communicator with a passion for enabling understanding, the Product Writer takes ownership for the language and microcopy that users see and read in our products, as well as the documentation that empowers our different stakeholders, both internal and external, to quickly and clearly understand how our solutions work, and the reasons behind them. A planner, collaborator and editor as well as a talented writer, the Product Writer works cross-functionally with our software development, product marketing, enablement and front-line support teams to ensure that all audiences have access to the documentation and resources they need to get the most out of our platform.
